The last few states are still trickling in, but Donald Trump has won the 2016 US Elections, as Hillary Clinton called him to concede defeat.

There’s no doubting that this may have been the most dramatic US election in recent memory, surpassing the infamous 2000 elections between George W Bush and Al Gore. But what did Twitter make of the results?
