Are these the first pictures of a Samsung Galaxy S III take in the wild? According to Gizmodo.com (who were the first to get its hands on the iPhone 4), it is.
The Brazilian branch of Gizmodo took these sneaks snaps of the purported Galaxy S III. The quality is dire, owing to the fact that the images were taken with an iPad.

The website even nabbed the serial number, “Samsung GT-I9300” which points to a phone other than the S III, according to this site. So what we have here is a phone that may or may not be the S III. Funnily enough, the crappy images are fairly close to this one, a leaked press shot of the S III.
You be the judge. Or just hang on until 3 May for the S III launch.
