Motorola Atrix HD outed
Today, the surprisingly decent-looking Motorola Atrix HD has been revealed.
The last Motorola, the Razr Maxx didn’t tickle our happy place. Maybe this one’s the chosen Motorola? It’s got the same Kevlar backing plate as the Razr Maxx, it’s splash resistant, and most likely makes a decent anti-rape weapon. These Moto’s are goddamn sturdy as hell.
Gorilla Glass adds to the Moto’s robust nature. Sporting Android’s Ice Cream Sandwich, it has a 4.5-inch HD Colorboost with a 720 x 1280 display to properly appreciate Android’s older but seldom used OS. The decent screen also means you can enjoy the photos you take with the 8MP rear camera.
It should be quick enough with a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU and 1GB of ram. Nothing fancy here, but solid.
It has a pretty measly 8GB internal storage, but there is an option of up to 32GB external storage. I wouldn’t entirely call it competitive. The AT&T logo at the bottom undoubtably means it will be the carrier when the phone is released. But there’s no official word on that yet.
