An apparently accurate source has told iMore that the release date of the new iPhone will in fact be September 12. This isn’t the first time we’ve heard a September release date mentioned.
It is said that the iPhone along with a new iPod Nano and a new iPod Touch will be released on that date, with sales beginning on 21 September. The much rumored, but unconfirmed, iPad Mini might also feature, but no one can say anything further than that.
