Galaxy Note II barely mentioned in crappy Samsung teaser video
It’s 38 seconds of nonsense. “When magical moments come alive”, “such a small and light thing” says the video directed by Wim Wenders, a prolific German documentary maker. Cue happy shots of the sky, inject hipster sex appeal and boom, instant viral smash hit.
There’s a big door, a small door and then “everything becomes an inspiration”. It’s as crappy and misleading as Samsung’s last teaser for the Galaxy S III. Lord help up.
The video gives an inch though and sneaks out a video of a new S-pen, or the old one. Or whatever. We’re not mind-readers. Samsung is going to fess up regarding the Note II, or whatever the hell it’s releasing come 29 August in Berlin for its Unpacked event. In our opinion, if the Note II’s screen is smaller than 5.3-inches, it’s going to lose the magic appeal of being the best “Phablet” on the market.
