Rumoured Galaxy S IV spotted in Nenamark benchmarking tests
The much debated but yet to be confirmed Samsung Galaxy S IV has seen plenty of rumours, from specs to release dates.
The latest development comes from Nenamark, a benchmark site for the Samsung model SCH-i545 device, with a 1920 x 1080 full-HD display. The Galaxy S III has a similar model number, SCH-i535 which gives the idea that this could have been a new Samsung model tested. Maybe the Galaxy S IV? Yes, it’s a rather sketchy and unsupported rumour, but there could just be some weight to it.
According to some leaked documents, the new device will feature the Exynos 5440, a powerful quad-core Cortex A15 CPU with 2GB RAM. It will run on Android 4.2, have a 4.99 inch SuperAMOLED Full HD Resolution display, 2GB RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera that will be able to record video at 30fps in full HD and a 2 megapixel front facing camera. This does not sounds much different from the LG Optimus G Pro we have reported on earlier. It seems that this is the way smartphones are going for the future, which will definitely shift the boundaries a little. But then again we are talking about the phablet range here.
While everything is just a rumour still, the release date still seem to be 15 March 2013 as reported before, but expect that there will definitely be more leaks to filter through the cracks.
