Live-action ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ video brings the hype
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare launches 4 November, or next week Tuesday. While pre-orders may be 40% lower than last year, the Peter Berg directed effort (Hancock) kicks major ass.
The trailer officially launched last night in the U.S. and pretty much replicates the feel of the latest Call of Duty, if not the graphics (yet).
There’s a considerable amount of spoiler-ey content in the video, as it expands on the incredible technology Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare plans to offer.
Rocket packs, cyborg punches, scanning grenades, magnetic tether gloves, it’s the kitchen-sink approach and we like it.
The last video, as if we could forget, was the famous Kevin Spacey-helmed “power corrupts” effort, but it was nowhere near as fun as this one.
Starring current IT-boy Taylor Kitsch, the new, all-live Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare trailer is like its game, entirely shot in first-person. Heart-pounding doesn’t even begin to explain it, so just watch.
