Final Fantasy X, X-2 HD Remaster is finally on PC
The remastered editions of Final Fantasy X and its sequel, Final Fantasy X-2, are now available for PC through steam. The combo is on sale for R255.20 and usually retails for R319.
The HD Remaster includes graphical and music revisions of the games with the inclusion of ‘International Edition’ content not previously seen in certain versions of the PlayStation 2 release.
So far, the games are receiving great reviews with an average of “VeryPositive” from Steam’s measurement index.
According to the Steam page, you should be running Windows Vista, a 2.4GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, an Nvidia GTX 450 / AMD Radeon HD 5750 with 512MB of RAM, and have 40GB of hard drive space. Not bad specs at all.
Final Fantasy X originally launched on PS2 in 2001, with Final Fantasy X-2 following in 2003.
The remastered editions of these titles launched on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita at the end of December 2013.
