Shadwen will launch on computers, PS4 on 17 May
Upcoming stealth-action game Shadwen is heading to the PlayStation 4, PC, Mac OS X and Linux systems on 17 May, developed Frozenbyte announced today.
The Finnish developer, that previously developed the likes of Trine, also notes that the game will be available on a bevy of platforms, including Steam, PSN, GOG and Humble.
“Shadwen is a stealth-action game where the only rule is to remain unseen. Stay hidden – or the ruthless guards will kill you on sight!,” the presser explains.
The game also encourages freedom of movement, cautious play and uses a clever time mechanic akin to Superhot — time stands still when you’re not moving.
Of course, there’s an ethical conundrum of kill or be killed, but that question will likely be answered by gamers come 17 May.
