The world’s most prominent gaming expo, E3, kicks off in just under two weeks, promising plenty of surprises and details for gamers.

Electronic Arts
The huge third-party publisher will no doubt show off some FIFA (and “banter”), as well as Star Wars Battlefront 2 and other wares.
The company’s E3 conference kicks off on Saturday 10 June at 12pm PT. In South Africa, this is 9pm on the same day.
Microsoft/Xbox
Eager to get more exclusives for your Xbox One? Or maybe you’re awaiting the Scorpio launch date? Either way, Microsoft is making their appearance too.
The tech firm will be holding its conference on Sunday 11 June at 2pm PT. This equates to 11pm on Sunday for South African viewers.
Bethesda
The house of Elder Scrolls and Fallout is also making another conference appearance at E3. Who knows what we can expect?
In any event, the publisher will be holding its event on Sunday 11 June at 9pm PT. South African viewers will want to tune in at 6am on Monday 12 June.
PC Gaming Show
Last year’s PC slot drew a positive reception, playing host to some weird and wonderful PC titles. It’s returning in 2017 too, so desktop/laptop gamers will want to tune in.
The event kicks off on Monday 12 June at 10am PT, working out to 7pm South African time on Monday.
Ubisoft
The publisher behind Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry and countless other franchises is set for a bumper day on Monday too.
Ubisoft’s conference starts at 1pm PT on Monday 12 June, or 10pm for South Africans.
Sony/PlayStation
Sony’s event takes place some time after Microsoft’s conference, and yes, South African gamers will need to be awake at an ungodly hour.
The PlayStation conference starts at 6pm PT on Monday 12 June. South Africans will need to wake up at 3am on Tuesday to catch the news.
Nintendo
Last year saw Nintendo merely live-streaming a presentation, instead of holding a conference at E3. It worked a treat in any event.
The Japanese firm is doing the same thing this year, airing its presentation at 9am PT on Tuesday 13 June. This equates to 6pm for South African gamers.
