Microsoft is holding its Xbox Ultimate Game Sale once again, offering some steep discounts on AAA and indie games alike.
So what should you be keeping an eye on? Well, let’s start with the deepest discounts.

Terraria and the Walking Dead Season One and Two see the biggest price slashes, at 70% off (or 80% off if you have Xbox Live Gold). Not up your alley? Then the next tier (67%/75%) has a ton of cut-price gaming goodness.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Deadlight: Director’s Cut, Just Cause 3, Life is Strange Complete Season, Metro Redux, Ryse: Legendary Edition, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Sleeping Dogs are some of the more prominent titles in this category.

In the 60%/70% tier we’ve also got a couple of quality titles, such as F1 2016 and The Telltale Games Collection. Move to the 60%/67% category and we’ve got Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, Deadpool, Geometry Wars 3, Quantum Break and Sunset Overdrive.
Move down a category (to 50%/60% off) and we’ve got a smorgasbord of big third-party titles, such as Assetto Corsa, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, Assassin’s Creed: Unity, Battlefield 1, Far Cry Primal, Dark Souls 3, Resident Evil, The Witness and WWE 2K17.
There are a ton more Xbox One games that have received lesser discounts, such as Bioshock: The Collection, Dead Rising 4, GTA V, Mass Effect: Andromeda and Steep.
As for Xbox 360 games, some of the more prominent discounts include The Witcher 2, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Hitman HD Pack, Spec Ops: The Line, Lost Odyssey and the Gears of War titles.
