We initially thought it would be a pentacamera setup but subsequent reports suggest that HMD is shooting for a dual-camera setup with five rotating lenses.

Now, Nokia Power User has revealed that the phone is apparently not the Nokia 10, but rather the Nokia 8 Pro. According to the publication, the Nokia 8 Pro is set for an August-September launch, lining up with the IFA expo in Berlin.
It’s also believed that the rotating lenses will enable at least one feature in the form of lossless zoom. Otherwise, the phone is expected to pack a Snapdragon 845 processor and a rear fingerprint scanner.

Aside from telephoto lenses, a rotating lens setup could also enable other effects, such as wide angle shots, macro shots and more. We’ll have to wait and see if this is the plan for HMD.
In any event, HMD is set for a bumper MWC event, as it’s expected to show off the Nokia 1 and Nokia 7 Plus at the very least.
