LG K11 arrives in South Africa for R3899
LG has added another smartphone to its South African roster in 2018. It’s called the LG K11, and it’s the refreshed version of the mid-range K10 which debuted last year.
On the surface, the metal-body phone borrows a few features from the older LG G6. This includes the 13MP phase detection autofocus-enabled rear snapper and 8MP front facing camera.
Internally, it’s not very exciting. LG employs a octa-core Mediatek chipset, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. There’s also a 3000mAh battery powering the phone.
Up front, there’s a 5.3 inch 1280×720 screen with a 16:9 ratio, and a fingerprint reader can be found at the rear.
Strangely, the phone ships with Android 7.1.2 Nougat, and not 8.0 Oreo or the just-released 9.0 Pie.
The LG K11 is available at the time of writing for R3899.
