Huawei P30 Pro’s underscreen fingerprint sensor spotted in the world’s shorted video
Talk about being coy, there’s nothing more coy than publishing a phone leak in looping GIF format.
Speaking of which, Greek publication Techblog (via GSMarena) has spotted the Huawei P30 Pro in the wild.
The loop lasts no longer than ten seconds, but does a good job of showcasing the phone’s underscreen fingerprint reader.
Notably, it’s set to be Huawei’s third generation device to sport this technology, and the GIF makes the process seem seamless.
Also showcased is the new waterdrop notch, replacing the expansive bar that made 2018 such a hateful year for smartphone design enthusiasts. This was also showcased back in February by WinFuture, complete with new orange colour scheme.
The loop’s not much to go on, but at least it’s a tasty titbit while you wait for the main course, hopefully served by Huawei in the coming months.
