‘Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order’ needs your PC to have all of the RAM

Forget if it can run Crysis. Your gaming rig will need to be able to restart the planet in order to play Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

According to system requirements released on Origin, the EA title will require a quite astronomical amount of RAM.

Minimum specs list 8GB as the utter bottom line for this title to get off the ground. But it recommends that you have 32GB of RAM installed for optimal gameplay.

Hilariously, its CPU and GPU requirements are more lax.

Minimum requirements only list an AMD FX-6100 or Intel Core i3-3220 as the absolute baseline.

Recommended requirements list an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 or an Intel Core i7-6700K or beefier for optimal performance.

Graphics demands, too, aren’t as lofty as its RAM requirements. Just an Nvidia GTX 1070 or an AMD RX Vega 56 are needed to run the title at its best.

It’s not totally clear why Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order recommends 32GB of RAM, but we’re sure the truth will be outed in due course.

The game will debut in November for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gamers.
