This date would fall in line with previous Galaxy Note event windows. In 2019, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 10 on 7 August.
Meanwhile, Samsung fans may have also had a peek at the new device at the beginning of the month.
The company reportedly posted what appears to be the Note 20 Ultra on its Russian website. The image appeared on an event listing for the Galaxy Note 10.
Samsung has since removed the image and event listing.

Despite the leaks, the company remains tight-lipped on the Galaxy Note 20 reveal.
The coronavirus pandemic has delayed product launches for many companies around the globe.
But if the leaked date is correct, then Samsung is on-track to reveal the Galaxy Note 20 during the usual launch window.
However, the unveiling event doesn’t always coincide with the immediate release of the device. So we could be in for delays when it comes to the actual release date.
Earlier this year, Samsung launched the new Galaxy S20 and Z Flip smartphones.
