This marks a significant milestone in the mobile foldable gaming fraternity.

The partnership is to optimize gaming experience on the Porsche Design Honor Magic V2 RSR and Honor Magic V2.

Asphalt 9: Legends is aimed at foldable smartphones and makes its debut on 120 FPS (frames per second) gameplay with higher resolution.

The foldable series from Honor has taken an interesting leap forward through the shared innovative partnerships with Porsche Design and Gameloft and we welcome the smart move forward.

President of Honor’s Product Line Fei Fang, said Honor continued to establish itself as a key player in the foldable ecosystem while retaining its competitive edge through collaboration.

“Our newest venture with Gameloft to improve the gaming experience on the Porsche Design Honor Magic V2 RSR shows our commitment to creating the best user experience for those who use Honor foldable devices.

By pursuing collaborations that advance hardware and software integration for foldable devices, Honor aims to create a mutually beneficial ecosystem, providing consumers with the most cutting-edge technology.

From Gameloft, Vice President of Global Business Development, Henry Pan said past experience showed that pursuing a thin and light design for foldable smartphones often led to sacrificing its technological performance and graphic capacity, and this created a gap in the market to construct more advanced gaming experiences.

He said the partnership had allowed both companies to combine collective expertise in game development and smartphone technology to deliver industry-leading immersion for global gamers.

The partnership promises smoother and more responsive gameplay for Asphalt 9: Legends.

Users can expect faster reaction times, drifting in luxury cars under the Northern Lights and mastering speed runs across cities all over the world.

The partnership brings forward fluid visuals and quick response times tailored to a large foldable screen.

This is a step forward and possibly a glimpse into the future of the foldable device software ecosystem.

You can expect the Aspalt 9: Legends to be launched on Google Play for the Honor Magic V2 and the Porsche Design Honor Magic V2 RSR in the month of love, February.
