Epson launches latest evolution in inkjet printing

Epson is bringing its innovative Heat-Free Line Inkjet technology to the A4 market with the launch of the AM-C400 and AM-C550 MFPs.

These new multifunction printers offer a compact solution for users with high-volume printing needs, while maintaining the energy efficiency and productivity benefits of Epson’s existing Heat-Free Line Inkjet printers.

Ideal for space-constrained workplaces

The AM-C400 and AM-C550 address a gap in Epson’s product line, providing A4 capabilities alongside the existing A3 models.

Their “C” shaped paper path significantly reduces their footprint, making them ideal for offices with limited space. Despite their compact size, these MFPs boast impressive performance.

High productivity and user-friendly design

Both printers deliver high print and scan speeds, reaching up to 55 pages per minute (ppm) for printing and 100 images per minute (ipm) for scanning.

Additionally, they feature high paper capacities and high-yield ink cartridges that can print up to 31,500 pages, minimizing the need for frequent refills.

The improved color touchscreen user interface ensures a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Sustainable printing with efficiency

Epson’s Heat-Free Line Inkjet technology continues to be a highlight.

These MFPs offer lower energy consumption and reduced waste compared to traditional laser printers, aligning with growing sustainability concerns.

Additionally, their development using Epson’s Open Platform allows for easy integration with existing technology infrastructures and compatibility with third-party software solutions.

A compelling choice for businesses

The launch of the AM-C400 and AM-C550 MFPs strengthens Epson’s position in the A4 printing market.

These compact and efficient MFPs offer businesses a compelling alternative, combining high productivity, user-friendly features, and reduced environmental impact with Epson’s Heat-Free Line Inkjet technology.
