Samsung on Monday announced its Samsung Care+ offering in South Africa for Galaxy S10 devices.
The service will include cover for two screen repairs and two battery replacements, over a period of two years.
“Each device is designed to pioneering standards. However, with Samsung Care+, the applicable devices are covered for those unforeseen accidental damages,” the company said in a press release.
Samsung Care+ can be purchased for a once off fee of R499.
“Customers who pre-ordered their device by 17 March have until 17 April 2019 to take advantage of this offer. Once purchased, customers have 30 days to activate Samsung Care+ and enjoy the benefits,” the company explained.
The service is also available for Samsung Galaxy S8 devices and newer, as well as for the Note line from the Galaxy Note 8 and newer.
