#FamousMelaniaTrumpQuotes takes Twitter by hilarious, misquoted storm
The unfortunate truth for celebrities or the US presidency’s presumptive nominees’ wives is that practically any instance of folly will be outlined, dissected and laughed at excessively on the internet. The latest case of this — after the Kanye vs. Taylor fight earlier this week — is none other than Donald Trump’s wife Melania Trump.
At Monday’s Republican National Convention, Melania Trump made a speech that, rather ironically, used an almost identical portion of Michelle Obama’s Democratic National Convention address from 2008. Whoops.
Trump released a statement on Twitter suggesting that her “team of writers took notes on her life’s inspirations”.

And for those who haven’t heard either speech…

In true internet style, netizens quickly moved to Twitter, creating the hashtag #FamousMelaniaTrumpQuotes. In similar vein to the Fake Quotations meme, users are sardonically and erroneously attributing famous scripts and one-liners from authors, cultural phenomena and celebrities to Mariana Trump.
Here’s a light sample.
