Magician make-up artists paint their lids with all the memes of the wind

Some people save images and repost them online with a half-baked caption. Those people are lazy.

They are not like the incredible make-up artists on Instagram and Twitter who spend hours painstakingly painting their favourite memes onto their eyelids for the ultimate millennial look.

Jenny is the non-binary creator of the trend and goes by thai_brows on Twitter. They told Mashable that Spongebob is in their head so often that when their boyfriend mentioned a rash, Spongebob’s Bold and Brash was all they could think about.

And what better way to get something out your head than to create living art with it?

And so the trend took off.

Some users couldn’t decide on their favourite meme and created multiple looks for the occasion.

But memes are just the latest in trends over on the make up side of the internet. Artists are constantly using pop culture to inspire them — it was only a matter of time until memes found their way onto faces.

I know that if I could paint memes with make-up, I’d never leave the house bare-faced. Some people get all the talent.
