England asks Google if England can win the World Cup
England — especially England — just can’t believe how well its football team is doing at the World Cup.
After smacking Panama 6-1 during last night’s group G match, the Three Lions are enjoying their most fruitful spell at the Cup, at least in terms of goals, in over a decade.
As a result, Google has noted an uptick in search queries for the term “Can England win the World Cup?”

The answer, friends, is pretty damn good.
World number 12 England will take on world number three Belgium in the final group G match on 28 June. But both teams have already qualified for the next round.
