Google Doodle celebrates NASA’s 50th moon landing anniversary

Google is celebrating the 50 year anniversary of Apollo 11’s moon landing with a new Google Doodle depicting the historic event.
“Today, you can relive the Apollo 11 journey from blast-off to re-entry in an epic video Doodle narrated by former astronaut and Apollo 11 command module pilot Michael Collins,” Google said in a blog post on Friday.
Collins was the man who stayed on board while Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first men to walk on the moon.
Google worked with NASA to get the “most accurate representation” of the space mission, and users can now watch the animation and learn about the journey.
NASA successfully complete the Apollo 11 moon landing mission on 20 July 1969.
