South Africa readies the golf puns as Tiger Woods’ mugshot hits Twitter
Tiger Woods was arrested for a DUI last night just outside his home in Florida, and he’s disappointed his fan base yet again.
The golfer, who has been recovering from a back injury, has said that it was a mix of prescription medication he wasn’t used to. But the combination of an unseemly mugshot and his former trespasses has left people upset over on South African Twitter.
Life is crazy, growing up Tiger Woods was one of our heroes. Years later its looking like he was never the number 1 golfer in the world

Others just though it an apt time to crack out the golf jokes.
So Tiger Woods was arrested for drunk driving. Apparently he… hit some clubs earlier.

Tiger Woods should’ve used his driver.

And some took the time to consider how backwards 2017 would look to someone in 2007.

Last week, Woods asserted his “unequivocal” intent on reentering professional golf. He’s yet to state whether that is still the case.
