Samsung Health app now features Calm meditation, mindfulness exercises
Samsung has announced a partnership with meditation app Calm, that will bring the app and features to Samsung Health.
This means that you will now be able to access meditation, relaxation and sleep techniques from your Samsung devices, without having to hunt for one in your app store.
“Our work with Calm is going to make it easier than ever for Samsung Health users to practice mindfulness, so they can work towards achieving better overall health,” the company said in a press release.
To access Calm, users must go to “mindfulness” within Samsung Health, where they will be prompted to create a Calm account.
Calm has launched on Samsung devices running Android Pie in number of countries, including South Africa.
Galaxy Watch Active users will also have access to the feature.
