2019’s sure been a year. For South Africa, that means extreme highs and depressing lows, but one things for sure, the country didn’t stop…
iPhone 5 rumours and hardware shots are rife, with the latest leak (care of this Chinese tech site) giving us a glimpse at the front case of Apple’s latest smartphone.
Here’s what you need to know: the case is easily a frame for a 4.something-inch screen. iPhone lovers can quickly see that the space for a screen covers more landscape than the iPhone 4S. Look, it’s hard but not impossible to tell from the image that the screen is going to be four inches or bigger. It’s just a feeling we have in our bones.
On top of the shell are two holes, one for the Face-Time camera which is now positioned on top of the ear-hole. It’s a wise move, and nothing we haven’t seen before in previous leaks. At the very least, this new hardware feature is practically confirmed.
One more thing. If the images are real, then it’s all but ensured that the iPhone 5 will come in two colours, namely the traditional onyx-black and Matrixwhite. The only thing we can be sure of is that the new iPhone will rock iOS 6. And that it’ll make calls. Oh and a few other things.
