Sensordrone from Kickstarter, does everything your phone doesn’t
It’s only a little keyring, but what it does is a bit more than look pretty on your house keys. The Sensordrone senses things that your smartphone cannot, like temperature, humidity or even gas leaks, just to name a few.
It’s basically an extension of your smartphone. It has sensors that geeks around the world wanted in their smartphone in the first place enclosed in a small metal and plastic body. All it needs is a smartphone with an app for a certain function, like temperature, and you have a thermometer. It runs off of Bluetooth, so every smartphone will work with it.
One of the best features is the blood alcohol meter. If you use it and it measures that you are too high, it can automatically call you a cab. Pretty nifty. It takes all the little gadgets you buy, like a blood pressure monitor and alcohol tester, even a weather indicator and puts in into a small easy to use package.
The best part is that you never have to add any sensors to it, you just add apps for certain functions. That’s all it needs to perform more actions.
