Windows Phone 8 app available ahead of multiple device launch


It’s a big week for Microsoft, after its highly covered Windows 8 OS launch on 26 October, the tech giant is set to make its Windows Phone 8 app available for download at its Windows Store.
This development comes ahead of multiple WP 8 enabled devices launching today. Engadget reports that Microsoft’s latest app will allow users to sync contacts, photos, music and videos from their WP8 devices to their PC’s and vice verse. The app also offers users the ability to manage the storage capacity of their device as well as being able to track a lost or stolen device.
