It’s safe to say that Konami has had a torrid year. From the announcement, and fan disappointment, that the company’s moving to mobile to the sacking of genius game designer Hideo Kojima, we’ve found it hard to look at anything from the company with a silver lining.
Until now.
The Metal Gear Solid series is one last shining light in the company’s cap, especially considering that Silent Hill is practically limping around on slot machines.
The new Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain trailer, at least, shows us what was once good about the Konami/Kojima relationship.
