Fallout 4’s Xbox One version 2GB larger than PlayStation 4

It’s an odd occurrence but it’s not unusual for a title to differ in download sizes across its various platforms. Why it’s perhaps news this time is because, well, it’s Fallout 4. It also adds yet another layer of interest on the sheen of the title’s imminent arrival.
Thanks to a new listing on the PlayStation Store in UK and the Netherlands, Fallout 4 will feature a download size of only 26.2GB on the PlayStation 4. The Xbox One version however will weigh in at 28.12GB.
While these sizes are a lot smaller than other titles we’ve seen this year, from the likes of Ubisoft‘s Assassin’s Creed Syndicate (at 43GB) and GTA V (at over 40GB as well), Fallout 4 seems a rather compact game.
Fallout 4 launches on 10 November on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
