Helsing fights its way onto December’s Xbox Games with Gold

The latest batch of games in the Xbox Games with Gold programme is ready for download.

The first batch of games for the month include The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing on Xbox One, available from today until 31 December, and CastleStorm for Xbox 360, which is available until 15 December.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is an action RPG and has been available through Steam since May 2013. It currently holds a 9/10 on Steam and a 3.5/5 on Metacritic.

The second title, CastleStorm is a tower defence game available on multiple platforms. It too has a 9/10 rating on Steam and 3.35/5 on Metacritic.

The forthcoming December titles, which will be available throughout the rest of the month, are:

• Thief [Xbox One]  – 16 December to 15 January
• Sacred 3 [Xbox 360] – 16 December to 31 December
• Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Risin [Xbox 360] – 16 December to 31 December

All Xbox 360 titles available from the Games with Gold programme are playable through the Xbox One.

Games with Gold free titles are only available to those on the Xbox Live Gold programme.
