One of the latest games out on Xbox this week is Screencheat. This split-screen first-person shooter harkens back to the days couch-based multiplayer. One of the game’s ‘features’ is the ability to look at the other players’ screens and cheat, which is reminiscent of Quake 2 on the original PlayStation. It’s a title full of ridiculousness weapons and leaves and is sure to be played in university housing around the world, but will it be able to knock out the current university darling, Rocket League? Screencheat is on sale for a limited time for R119.20.

Everyone’s favourite no-barres hold bloody fighting game is getting a special edition. Mortal Kombat X is being re-released and re-branded as Mortal Kombat XL.
