LG G5 burnt, scratched and bent in gruesome torture test [video]

There are some things you really shouldn’t do to your smartphone, and that includes deliberately scratching it with a knife, burning its screen with a lighter, and bending it to death with the raw strength of human fury. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t funny to watch other people doing it to their phones.

While this probably isn’t his smartphone, YouTuber and phone tester JerryRigEverything decides to take his anger and curiousity out on a defenceless LG G5, because well… some body has to do it.

The phone is subject to severe physical scrutiny, and largely stands up to the torture thanks to its Gorilla Glass 4 screen, its durable fingerprint reader and its strangely limber-for-metal body.
