Huawei’s smartwatches, wearables join the Discovery Vitality programme

If you’ve just purchased a new Huawei fitness or smartwatch and was disappointing to hear that the company’s wares were not part of the Discovery Vitality programme, we have some news for you.
The Chinese firm on Tuesday announced that its devices can now earn its wearers points when they workout.
Points can then be used as currency on a number of digital platforms.
Users are required to download Huawei Health, an app that controls the company’s wearables and tracks health metrics on Android and iOS, to take advantage of the partnership.
Additionally, you’ll also need to be a member of Discovery Vitality, be older than 18, and link the Health app to your Vitality profile.
