Apple launches a Texas Hold’em game for the App Store’s anniversary
Apple has released a new, redesigned version of the lassic card game Texas Hold’em to celebrate the App Store’s 10th anniversary.
“Originally created for iPod, then brought to iPhone, fans will love the polished redesign, featuring new characters, more challenging gameplay, and stunning graphics for the newest iPhone and iPod touch,” the company revealed on the App Store.
The game was one of the very first of its kind when the store was first launched back in 2008.
The free-to-play game features 24 “realistic opponents” with their own “secret tells”, 10 locations and a multiplayer option that works over WiFi.
Texas Hold’em is available to download on the App Store for iOS 12 and newer.
