This is Samsung’s Star Wars-inspired Galaxy Note 10 Plus
Samsung on Monday announced a new Star Wars special edition of the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, coinciding with the 20 December debut of The Rise of Skywalker.
“The collaboration will unite two Galaxies — a galaxy far, far away, and the Samsung Galaxy — to generate excitement for the final instalment in the Skywalker saga,” the company said in the announcement.
Puns aside, the phone will feature “Star Wars-inspired design elements and digital content”, including a red S-Pen, red buttons and a camera array rim, and a Star Wars logo emblazoned on its rear. The Galaxy Note 10 Plus will be mostly slathered in black.
“This special edition device will be bundled with a specially designed case, a metal badge as a collector’s item, an S Pen, and Galaxy Buds,” Samsung added.
“The bundle also comes with exclusive Star Wars-themed content including wallpapers, shutdown animations, icons and sounds for fans to enjoy.”
Samsung isn’t bringing the phone to South Africa, but it will be available in 15 markets and will retail for $1300.
