It was Huawei’s repeated acknowledgment of Google apps that confirmed the tech giant’s leap forward considering the few restrictions Huawei faces.
Can I use Google services on my Huawei?
Huawei has made it clear and easier for users to install Google apps via AppGallery.
Their latest approach is simple.
To provide a one-stop shop to install appreciated apps such as Google Maps to devices much quicker.
How it works.
A quick user search on Huawei’s app gallery allows users to find Google apps such as Google Maps, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Docs, and even Google Photos.
A quick tap to install any preferred app has the application directed to user devices instantly.
The apps will function normally although downloaded and run through GBox.
The apps show up on user home screens as normal without any issues, which makes Huawei’s new approach a lot more refined.
Whether you’re downloading e-hailing apps such as Uber, Taxify, Bolt, or apps that depend on Google services to work such as WhatsApp, app gallery now allows users to gain access to apps that otherwise would have been an issue to install.
The new upgraded system means device users using the new Huawei P60 Pro shouldn’t have an issue downloading certain Google-linked apps.
Huawei’s app gallery continues to evolve to accommodate new apps, including a refined download process.
With an increasing number of apps coming on board, Huawei’s app gallery has come a long way in the past six years.
App Gallery was launched in 2011 to introduce hundreds of games alongside other essential apps.
The service has improved over the years and continues to increase its number of monthly active users as newer model devices are designed to cater to a myriad of challenges.
