Here’s another good Logitech mouse which surprisingly looks pretty normal compared to its boatload of convenient features.
The Logitech’s MX Anywhere 3S is compact, an interesting word for small enough to travel without the need to make space for it.
Before roaring on its other specifications, the battery is simply comforting.
As you read this we are still on one charge and it’s been a week and a half.
Design
Logitech is synonymous with ticking all boxes when it comes to the minimum requirements for a functional mouse.
Their addition, the Logitech MX Anywhere 3S weighs about 0.09kg with an estimated over a month-long battery muscle.
The device is around 100.58 x 65 x 35mm in dimensions which can pretty much tell you that this mouse could be smaller than its name sack rodents.

The Anywhere 3S joins a long list of point-and-click mouse designed to optimize workflow.
Its secret weapon however when we exclude compelling battery power is the almost silent clicks.
Colours
In a black or a white and grey combo, the silicon-covered MX Anywhere 3S features around five buttons that fit almost comfortably under anyone’s palm.
Those with slightly larger hands will feel the leftover space between the palm of their hand and the mouse rear but the added customizable buttons including a rubber texture on each end make up for the shortfall.
We had the white version which came with light grey tones on the sides and center just under the centered traditional scroll wheel.
Two customizable buttons on the thumb side of the mouse are perfectly placed for those personal button requests that we all have.
You can custom map the scroll wheel’s click command which excited us a few times. A sturdy scroll wheel can also be customized to give you an explosive scroll when navigating past a lengthy document.
Left and right clicks
Both left and right clicks have a silicon cover with the entire mouse balanced by four silicone stoppers which keep the most from sliding around.
Two other buttons on the right side of the mouse where your thumb places allow users to navigate through tabs seamlessly with the preset Forward and Back presets.
Battery
The company makes a bold statement claiming the mouse could push around 70 days of power on a single charge. We say challenge accepted. Users get three hours of battery life in just one minute of recharging which makes the MX Anywhere 3S is anyone’s best device during the country’s load-shedding era.
The mouse comes with a USB-C cable which plugs into the mouse. The MX Anywhere 3S can comfortably pair to different Bluetooth devices and can be linked up to both MacBook and my HP laptop all done quickly with no hiccups.
The mouse retails at just over R 1 600 on Takealot and R 1 899 at Incredible Connection.
