E3 2017: OG Xbox games come to Xbox One
Microsoft shocked the world a few years back when it announced that Xbox 360 games would be backwards-compatible on Xbox One.
In fact, at its E3 2017 conference, the tech firm revealed that over half of all Xbox One owners have played an Xbox 360 game on their new console.
Now, Microsoft has announced that the backwards compatibility initiative is expanding. Yep, the company revealed that original Xbox games would be backwards compatible.
The company said that more details would be revealed later this year, adding that Crimson Skies would be a compatible title.
As for a launch date? Well, the company’s website lists a fall 2017 date.
