Xbox Series X price and launch date announced for South Africa
A few hours after announcing the Xbox Series S price, Xbox South Africa has now announced the price and availability for the Xbox Series X locally.
The update comes along with bevy of news on the next-gen Xbox consoles following leaks on 8 September.
In just over 24 hours, we now not only have the confirmation of the smaller, digital-only Series S console, but also the price and launch date for the Xbox Series X.
Xbox South Africa shared the pricing news in a Twitter post.

The account confirmed that the Xbox Series X will retail for R11 999. Meanwhile, as announced earlier in the day, the Xbox Series S will retail for R6 999.
Both consoles will release in South Africa on 10 November — the same day as the global launch.

In the US, the new Xbox consoles will cost $299 and $499.
