We’re liveblogging the new Apple iPad launch
The iPad launch event takes place 22 October in San Francisco, and we’ll be live-blogging the affair with the usual wit and charm you’ve come to expect from us (in other words, very little). What we already know speaks volumes about the event: there are going to be new iPads, iPad Minis, fresh MacPros, the possible launch date of OS X Mavericks and hopefully one or two surprises (*cough* iWatch), but we won’t be holding our breath for that.
From 7PM (in South Africa, otherwise 10AM PT / 6PM London) it’ll be all things Apple as we dissect, insult and sometimes praise Tim Cook and his team as they launch yet another delicious tablet-shaped cash cow. We’ve already written about the rumours, so now let’s see if it comes to pass. Or (and if you have Apple TV), you can watch the event live from Apple’s Events page.
Hey, just a note. Don’t refresh your page, the live blog updates automatically.
