Nissan Bladeglider might just be the coolest electric road car yet

Over the past couple of years, electric road cars have become a bit, well, dull. Even Tesla, after a promisingly Lotus-inspired start, came over all sensible with the S, but things are starting to look up again.

Case in point: the Nissan Bladeglider. Taking cues from the company’s beautiful, but totally useless DeltaWing, the Bladeglider is bound to bring out the 10 year old car lover in everyone.

While the BladeGlider might look like just another crazy concept, Nissan is apparently considering putting this three-seater piece of insanity into production.

No word on performance specs but even if you run out of juice, you’ll still look cooler than everyone else on the road.
