Jaguar takes a bite out of Merc with chicken ad
When it comes to car ads, Mercedes Benz’ “chicken” ad is undoubtedly one of the most popular in recent years.
It’s meant to show off the adaptive dynamics in the German marque and, as far as that kind of thing goes, it’s a pretty darn clever ad (you don’t get to 7-million plus views on YouTube without putting in a little effort).
Now though, Jaguar’s taken a pretty substantial bite out of it. It’s smart it’s cheeky and the tagline — Magic Body Control? Jaguar prefers cat-like reflexes — says it all.
Most of all though, it encapsulates the ethos we’ve come to expect from the average “Jaaag” driver absolutely perfectly. Don’t believe us, give it a watch yourself.
