Ford Focus RS pics leak ahead of launch

We’re set to get an official briefing about the 2016 Ford Focus RS a little bit later today. If you can’t wait that long though, someone at the company has been gracious enough to leak a few photos to the world’s motoring press.

At this stage, there aren’t any numbers around the hot hatch, but bot a Jalopnik commenter and Evo “torque-vectoring all-wheel drive” will be a feature of the car.

The latter also suggests that it will sport 350 horsepower from the 2.3l Ecoboost engine.

For once, Americans won’t be missing out on what the civilised world gets to enjoy either. Ford has confirmed that the 2016 RS will be a global release.
