Mazda debuts Apple CarPlay, Android Auto accessory kits in South Africa

If you’re sick of using your smartphone as a dedicated driving dock in the car, Mazda’s latest announcement with put a smile on your face.
The Japanese car maker this week announced that its Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto accessory — namely the MZD Connect System — can now be ordered and retrofitted to a number of Mazda models.
This will allow customers to mirror their iOS or Android smartphone on a screen mounted within their vehicles.
Said models include the CX-3 and CX-5, as well as the Mazda 2 and Mazda 3.
The kit will be available from local dealerships from 1 February 2019.
