Watch 80k Koreans do it Gangnam Style

This is insane. Viral phenomenon Psy recently took to the stage in front of Seoul City Hall to give his fans a free show to thank them for their support.

What happened is what should be expected when you cram 80 000 adoring fans into a square and man is it awesome. Scary but awesome.

If you’re still unsure who Psy is (did you suddenly just discover the internet?), this should give you an illustration of what 360-million odd views on YouTube can do for someone.

Surprisingly, I like it as a watch quite a lot.

One thing I found very interesting is that by changing the face and the watchband you can completely change the style of the watch. This means that you can buy several watches for the price of one. That strikes me as a big deal, and I think a lot of people noticed that.

I like that I can get the kind of watch face I want and I like that the time is kept accurate. So, first, I like the blasted thing just as a watch.

Once that is taken care of, I suspect all of the notifications and the other little things will be more useful than people realize. I really like the simple idea of having my next meeting always on my watch face. I’m going to want a weather radar and maybe a traffic app that I can swipe to.

Paying will be a big deal. But if I have to type in a pin each time, I’ll probably just reach into my pocket for the iPhone.
