In our ninth edition of Weekly Roundup the Burn Media squad chats about all things startup prodigies, sexy hybrid vehicles and all so many LEGO.

This week the world said goodbye to The Father of Video Gaming, 92-year-old Ralph Baer — the legend who’s responsible for the first gaming console among other things awesome.

Over at Ventureburn, the first season of popular reality pitching show Dragons’ Den SA came to a conclusion with one of the youngest entrepreneurs walking away with the biggest investment on the local show to date: over R5-million.

Instagram broke the news earlier this week that it has more than 300 million people using its photo filter app. The company is now bigger than Twitter.

Volvo meanwhile showed-off its plug-in hybrid XC90 T8. Motorburn put together a sexy gallery for the world to see.
