It’s 2015, and the time has come for a new PC, at least that rings true for me.

While Windows machines are largely functional out-of-the-box, the OS still lacks the functionality power users and some novices desire. I can think of a few issues with Windows 8 for example that third party freeware can fix immediately, but what if you just need a comprehensive arsenal of apps for every given situation from file management to multimedia playback?
