Cardi B hurls shoes at Nicki Minaj during New York Fashion Week party
Nicki Minaj and Cardi B reportedly traded blows at a party during New York Fashion Week.
The rappers, who have enjoyed an ongoing mutual dislike, were involved in a heated exchange on Friday night.
“Cardi and Nicki both showed up at the Harper’s Bazaar’s bash. Nicki was with her crew at a table, when Cardi ‘aggressively approached the table’ … this according to eyewitnesses,” TMZ reported.
“We’re told Cardi said, ‘Let me tell you something’ … as she lunged toward Nicki, but security stopped her inches from contact.”
If that wasn’t enough, Cardi B also reportedly hurled her shoes at Nicki Minaj.
Footage of the fight then found its way onto social media. There are also images of Cardi leaving the venue with a distinct lump on her forehead. And no, she didn’t go back to reclaim her shoes. She then posted a rant on Instagram, though she did not mention anyone specifically.
Whether or not Nicki Minaj did call Cardi out on her parenting skills and “liked” her hate comments is unknown.
Twitter, of course, had to give its opinion on the situation.
