South Africa’s 2019 budget speech is going down at 2pm, and the people of Twitter have already got #budget2019 trending on Twitter in anticipation.
Some have theories about what Finance Minister Tito Mboweni will reveal.
Others are making direct requests for financial reform in the country.
Meanwhile many are contemplating this tweet from the minister himself, made a year ago.
